Customer harassment refers to conduct or demands by customers, business partners, viewers, or others that, in terms of their content, means, or manner, exceed socially acceptable limits in light of the nature of the relevant business activities and other circumstances, and thereby adversely affect the working environment of our officers, employees, affiliated creators, staff, and others. This includes conduct carried out by telephone, email, social media, or elsewhere on the Internet.

Legitimate requests for improvements to products or services do not constitute customer harassment. Likewise, requests by persons with disabilities that they not be subjected to unjust discriminatory treatment, as well as communications indicating a need for the removal of social barriers, do not constitute customer harassment.
5. Our Approach and Measures
- ○ The Company will respond in a centralized and coordinated manner as an organization, led by the Corporate Management Department. Responsibility for handling such matters will not be left to individual staff members.
- ○ Where customer harassment is found to have occurred, the Company will take measures such as terminating further communication, suspending the provision of services, requesting that the individual leave an event venue or store, or terminating a business relationship or contract.
- ○ In serious cases, or where the conduct may constitute a criminal offense, the Company will report the matter to the police and take legal action, including filing a criminal complaint or seeking damages.
6. Response Framework and Employee Support
The Company will establish consultation channels, develop response manuals, and provide training for officers and employees. We will also take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of persons who have been subjected to such conduct and provide them with appropriate mental health support.
The Company values equal and healthy partnerships with our customers, fans, and business partners. We also strictly prohibit our officers and employees from engaging in harassment themselves. We will continue to conduct our business while fostering relationships in which the dignity of all parties is respected.
