ClaN Entertainment inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), as a member of the Nippon Television Network Corporation Group, will, in utilizing social media, strive to disseminate appropriate information, with a full understanding of the characteristics of social media and as a member of society with good judgment, ensuring that its conduct and statements do not deviate from sound common sense.
Purpose of Using Social Media
The Company will engage in communication activities and disseminate information using social media platforms, aiming to convey information about the Company's business and services, build positive relationships with customers, increase recognition and understanding of the Company's and brand's initiatives, enhance brand image, and contribute to marketing endeavors.
Principles of Conduct

The Company participates in social media for the purpose of disseminating information and deepening positive communication with customers. - Mindset for Social Media Participation:
The Company will correctly understand and effectively utilize the characteristics of social media, and disseminate useful information to customers. The Company is responsible for the content of the information and will take great care to avoid any misunderstandings. - Communication on Social Media:
The Company recognizes that participation in social media promotes communication with customers and, at the same time, creates a better environment for the Company's business activities and services. - Awareness of All Employees Regarding Social Media:
The Company respects the culture, manners, and usefulness of each social media platform. Furthermore, the Company will inform and ensure that third parties' intellectual property rights, privacy, and reputation are not infringed upon.

- The Company is not responsible for any content posted by users.
- The Company cannot individually respond to each post received from users; your understanding is appreciated.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages caused by troubles between users or between a user and a third party.
- Users who post text, software, music, audio, photos, graphics, videos, page layouts, designs, or any other content to official accounts must ensure that such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark rights, or other proprietary rights and laws before posting.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by customers arising from the use of official accounts or the inability to use them for any reason. The Company cannot answer questions regarding the system operation status of each social media platform, technical questions, or questions regarding software functions or how to use them.

Reasons for Deletion
The Company expects users not to post user content that falls under the following categories, and will delete or modify such user content as necessary:

- Expressions that violate public order and morals or inappropriate language.

- Other content that the Company deems inappropriate.
